For $150.00 per month per computer, we will provide the following:
 

  • Endpoint Security and Protection – no need to worry about viruses, ransomware, malicious programs, etc. The system is monitored in real time and threats stopped immediately.
     

  • Unlimited Remote/Phone Support – if an issue can be handled remotely or over the phone, we will provide unlimited support to resolve those issues.
     

  • Backup Management – each computer is allocated 250GB of cloud backup storage. We monitor and ensure the health of the backups, so we know they are viable if needed.
     

  • Ticketing System – easy online access to our ticketing system. Open a ticket as needed if the issue isn’t time sensitive. We will receive the request and get to working on it as soon as we can.
     

  • System Monitoring – monitoring a computers health is important to be proactive to possible issues. If we are alerted to a possible problem, we will proactively reach out to get the issue resolved.
     

  • System Maintenance – managing the ongoing maintenance of a computer is critical to ensure it continues performing well and working as expected. With our maintenance, we manage several aspects of every computer to keep performance a high priority.
     

  • Priority Support – as a Managed Service customer, you will receive priority support from us over all other types of customers.

BLOCK HOURS (tier 3)

What are the benefits of our block hours?

  • Priority Support – as a Block Hours customer, you will receive priority support from us over all other types of customers, except Managed Service and Retainer Service customers.
     

  • Discounted Support Rates – depending on amount selected, discount goes up
     

  • Ticketing System – easy online access to our ticketing system. Open a ticket as needed if the issue isn’t time sensitive. We will receive the request and get to working on it as soon as we can.
     

How much is the Block Hours Service? It’s sold in blocks of two hours. That amount is used as needed towards your support and repair requests. 15% discount is maximum. Buy more than one set of block hours if needed.

2 Hours - $285.00 (5% discount)

4 Hours - $540.00 (10% discount)

6 hours - $765.00 (15% discount)

RETAINER SERVICE (tier 2)

What are the benefits of our Retainer Service?
 

  • Priority Support – as a Retainer Service customer, you will receive priority support from us over all other types of customers, except Managed Service customers.
     

  • Discounted Support Rates – $125.00 per hour.
     

  • Ticketing System – easy online access to our ticketing system. Open a ticket as needed if the issue isn’t time sensitive. We will receive the request and get to working on it as soon as we can.
     

How much is the Retainer Service? It’s sold in increments of 10 hours, or $1,250.00. That retainer is used as needed towards your support and repair requests.
 

We also offer Managed Services, including:
